This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Arackathara Group ("Aramats", "we", "us" or "our"), a rubber mat manufacturer and exporter headquartered in Kottayam, Kerala, India. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every visitor who accesses or uses the Site.
By accessing the Site you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 11; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours and imagery on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and may vary from actual manufactured goods due to production tolerances, screen rendering, or ongoing product development. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell; it is an invitation for you to make an enquiry. Specifications, minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing are confirmed only in a formal quotation or purchase agreement issued directly by our export team.
Submitting the contact or enquiry form does not create a contract between you and Arackathara Group. Any quotation we issue is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. Orders are confirmed, and become binding, only once we issue a written order confirmation or pro forma invoice and, where applicable, receive the agreed advance payment. Separate commercial terms — covering price, payment, packing, shipment, Incoterms and delivery — are agreed in writing for each order and take precedence over anything stated on the Site.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, videos and the Site's layout and code — is owned by or licensed to Arackathara Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal or internal business reference, but may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
The Site links to, or embeds, third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kottayam, Kerala, India.
